Brianne Felton is a respected real estate leader, speaker, veteran, and Managing Broker with more than 13 years of experience serving clients, mentoring agents, and strengthening communities through homeownership. As the Managing Broker and Team Leader of 912 Living, she is known for her commitment to leadership development, client advocacy, and building high-performing real estate professionals.

A proud military veteran, Brianne’s dedication to service extends far beyond real estate. During her military service, she met her husband, who also served on active duty, and together they celebrate 35 years of marriage this year. Their family’s commitment to service continues through their two sons, Leonard, who currently serves in the United States Army, and Stephen, who currently serves in the United States Air Force. Brianne’s firsthand understanding of military life, relocation, and sacrifice provides a unique perspective and deep connection to the military families and veterans she serves.

Throughout her career, Brianne has developed extensive expertise in residential real estate, negotiations, military relocation, probate transactions, and agent training. Her passion for service and education has positioned her as a trusted resource within the industry and among the communities she serves.

Brianne has also been actively involved in organized real estate leadership at both the local and state levels. She proudly served as the 2024 President of the Hinesville Area Board of REALTORS® (HABR), where she championed professionalism, collaboration, and community engagement among real estate professionals. In addition, her work with the Georgia Association of REALTORS® has allowed her to contribute to leadership initiatives and advocacy efforts that support REALTORS® and homeowners across the state.
