Hi, I'm Kristina Bragg - While I am newly licensed as a real estate agent in 2024, I bring a wealth of experience from my years in property management and personal real estate ventures. My journey in real estate began in 2005-2006, working in property management. Since then, I have successfully purchased, developed, and sold numerous properties:

• 2006-2009: Purchased and sold a condo in Hinesville, GA.

• 2013-2021: Acquired and managed Jones Medical Equipment, later selling the business.

• 2015-2021: Purchased 20 acres of residential property, built a 5,000 sq ft home, and sold it.

• 2018-2022: Purchased 1.28 acres of commercial land, developed a 3,880 sq ft Jones Medical Equipment location in Pooler, GA, and sold it.

• 2019-2022: Acquired a condo in Chico, CA, for my son’s college years, later selling it.

• 2021-2022: Invested in two rental properties in Hinesville, GA.

  
  

I started my career in property management but transitioned to the medical field in 2006. With over a decade of business ownership and management experience, I have developed a strong foundation in negotiation, property development, and investment strategies. My return to real estate as a licensed agent in 2024 combines my practical experience and passion for the industry.

I became a mother at the young age of 15 and received my GED in 2004. I am now the proud parent of three wonderful children: Cleon, Aunisty, and Auriana. My journey has been one of perseverance, adaptability, and a relentless drive to succeed.

When I’m not working in real estate, I love to travel and immerse myself in different cultures. Spending quality time with my family is my greatest joy, and I am always seeking new opportunities to grow personally and professionally, striving to be an asset in every endeavor I undertake.
