Hi, I'm Kristina Bragg!

Born in Savannah and raised in the heart of Pembroke, Georgia, Kristina Bragg is a REALTOR® licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. She serves clients through 912|Living® in Georgia and South Carolina and Keller Williams Gulf Coast in Florida.

Kristina’s journey into real estate is rooted in personal experience, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping others navigate homeownership, property sales, and real estate investment. Her career began in property management in 2005, where she quickly developed a keen eye for opportunity, value, and long-term growth. Over the years, she has personally purchased, developed, and sold properties across the country—from the East Coast to the West—building a portfolio that reflects strategic insight and an entrepreneurial spirit.

After earning her GED in 2004 and becoming a mother at a young age, Kristina entered the medical field in 2006. During more than a decade in business management and ownership, she strengthened her skills in leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and investment strategy—experience she now brings to every real estate transaction.

Kristina’s professional credentials include the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement, Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. Her dedication to exceptional service and her community also earned her the 2026 Best of Liberty Award.

Known for her adaptability, tenacity, and unwavering commitment to her clients, Kristina strives to provide knowledgeable, honest, and attentive representation at every stage of the real estate process.

Outside of real estate, Kristina is a devoted mother of three who enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures, and spending meaningful time with her family. Whether she is negotiating a transaction, helping a military family relocate, guiding a first-time homebuyer, or exploring a new destination, Kristina approaches life with a spirit of growth and a determination to be an asset in every endeavor.
